About Our Foundation
Registered Office
The Registered Office of the Foundation shall be situated in Nairobi, Kenya, or at such other place as the Trustees may from time to time determine.
Our Objects
- To advocate for gender equity and women’s rights while addressing gender-based violence and harmful practices.
- To promote human rights awareness through education, advocacy, and civic engagement.
- To strengthen youth empowerment programs focusing on skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment.
- To enhance peaceful coexistence by fostering dialogue, conflict prevention, and peacebuilding initiatives.
- To increase women’s leadership and participation in governance and decision-making.
- To establish partnerships and collaborations with local and international stakeholders for sustainable impact.
- To support community-driven development initiatives that improve livelihoods, resilience, and inclusivity.
Our Powers
To achieve its objectives, the Foundation shall have power to:
- Raise and receive funds, donations, grants, and other lawful contributions.
- Acquire, hold, manage, lease, or dispose of property (movable and immovable).
- Employ staff and engage consultants as may be necessary.
- Enter into partnerships and collaborations with governmental, non-governmental, local, and international organizations.
- Invest funds of the Foundation in accordance with the law and good financial management practices.
- Do all such lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the objectives of the Foundation.
Non-Profit Character
The Foundation shall be carried out without purpose of gain for the Trustees or members. Any income, funds, or property shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objectives of the Foundation. No part shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus, or otherwise to the Trustees or members, except as reasonable compensation for services rendered.
Board of Trustees
The management of the Foundation shall vest in not less than three (3) and not more than nine (9) Trustees. The first Trustees are:

Trustees shall hold office for a term of five (5) years and shall be eligible for reappointment.
